Welcome to Hakeemak! By accessing our websites, services, applications or tools (collectively referred to as "Hakeemak") you are agreeing to the following terms, including those available by hyperlink, which are designed to make sure that Hakeemak works for everyone. Please read them carefully. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hakeemak. You accept these Terms of Use by clicking the "Register the new account" button when registering an Hakeemak Application account and by otherwise accessing or using the Hakeemak websites, services, applications and tools, including posting an ad; or as otherwise indicated on a specific site, service, application or tool.

Rules regarding advert content

The materials content on Hakeemak comes from the users and registered members of Hakeemak, and therefore we assume no responsibility for the content added and all users assume responsibility for their own content. Hakeemak monitors the all information and content added by users. We care deeply about ensuring a wholesome and welcoming environment for all our users so we have systems in place to monitor all content on our application, and we do our best to correct or remove any offensive content as soon as we can. If you see any content which you think needs to be brought to our attention, please help us build a safe community by contacting us at info@hakeemak.com 

Forbidden content

Given the above, a member is not permitted to post any content that violates the policies of Hakeemak, either on our platforms or on our social media pages. Any such content will be deleted directly by our administrators. For example, it is forbidden to:

• Duplicate memberships. A member may not have more than one membership account. The new memberships will be, following confirmation by the content monitoring team, disabled, only the oldest account will be maintained.
• Post a fraudulent informations. These include fake information to deceive users on the application. These will be disabled by the content monitoring team.
• Collect any personal information about other users, including any attempt to collect and then sell that information. Serious legal action will be taken against any individual or company who we suspect of such behaviour.
• Post something that are reported by other users or have been proven to have infringed the rights of, or caused any harassment, to other users. These will be disabled by the content monitoring team and where appropriate, legal action will be taken. 
• Post requests or adverts that cover the selling, buying or promotion of items prohibited by Hakeemak such as: selling human organs, weapons, antiquities, cannabis, other drugs and anything else that violates the country morality.

Please review our privacy policy to understand more about how we at Hakeemak try to safeguard your data online. Remember though, when you post something on Hakeemak application or elsewhere online, it becomes public and you can lose control over its dissemination. 

Copyright of our content

All content contained on Hakeemak, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images and sound, digital downloads, and data collection, are owned by Hakeemak and are protected. All contents of the application or website are the exclusive property of Hakeemak. You may not copy or modify any part of our content. You may not access the private database or use any software that hacks the pages of or application of Hakeemak.

اسمك، رقم الهاتف، تاريخ الميلاد، او احد البيانات اللازمة لتسهيل الوصول الي طلبك

2- في ماذا تستخدم بياناتك؟

اي من بياناتك يمكن اخذها لأحد الاستخدامات الاتية:

لمعرفة اهتماماتك و لتوجيهك الي مبتغاك بسهولة و يسر

لذا لنحسن من جودة الخدمات داخل الموقع نحتاج اهتمامك و مشاركتنا بارآئك معنا لتجويد عمل الموقع

كما ان معلوماتك تساعدنا في الاستجابة العملية و المثالية لطلبك عند الاحتياج

معلوماتك الشخصية الخاصة و العامة المأخوذه منك لن يتم تبادلها او بيعها او تحول او تعطى لأي جهة اخري او اعطائها لشركات اخري دون موافقتك الشخصية

تقوم خدمة العملاء فقط بشرح و تيسير استخدامك للموقع بالاضافة للارشادات اللازمة لأعطائك افضل خدمة ممكنة لطلباتك او مساعدتك في الاستعلام عن المنتجات الموجوده لدينا
